Participants build a Custom GPT for a task they repeat often.

Sourced research reports and multi-step tasks, and how to check their work.

Common questions about ChatGPT Training

Which ChatGPT plan do we need?

Any paid plan covers most of the session. Sharing Custom GPTs across a workspace needs ChatGPT Business or Enterprise.

Do you cover the API?

This course covers ChatGPT itself. If you’re building with the API, talk to us about our consulting work.

Can you combine ChatGPT with another tool?

Yes. A mixed session works well if your organisation uses ChatGPT alongside Copilot or Gemini.
